Description: Walk through the historic City of Mödling and around the ruins of Kalenderberg. Lunch on the Kleine Kobenzl. Christmas market in Mödling on the way back to the Station.
Route: Mödling Train Station – Kalenderberg – Amphitheater – Ruine Liechtenstein – Ruine Pfefferbüchsl – Schwarzer Turm – Kleiner Kobenzl (lunch in Gasthaus) – St. Othmar Church – Mödling.

Meet: At 9:50 Wien Meidling (U6), near OEBB ticket Office; Train (to Wiener Neustadt) leaves at 10:07. Buy return ticket from Liesing (Stadtgrenze/border of Vienna) to Mödling and return.
Return: At about 4 p.m. to Vienna
Cost: Train ticket ca. 4 Euros, lunch in Gasthaus.
