28th September 2019: Cycling Triestingtal/Piestingtal
*Description: This is a bicycle tour from valley to valley. This also involves cycling over a pass. There are some steep parts, but no need to worry! The tour leader will be pleased if participants join her in pushing. Ca. 55 km, of which 2 km uphill pushing, rewarded by a long and gentle downhill.
Route: Leobersdorf – Triestingal Radweg No.42 – Hirtenberg – Berndorf – Weissenbach – Furth – Jagasitz – Muggendorf – Pernitz – Piestingtal Radweg No.43 – Waldegg – Markt Piesting.

Meet: At 8:20 a.m. at Meidling train station (U6), near ticket machines; train (direction Payerbach Reichenau) departs at 8:37; you can take your bicycle on the UBahn
Return: By train from Markt Piesting at 5:05 or 6:05 p.m.
Cost: Train fare with “Einfach Raus” ticket ca. EUR 15 (exact price depending on number of participants)
Registration: By Thursday, 26th September, to hike leader
Note: Make sure your bicycle is in good condition; do not bring bicycle with small wheels; snacks, drink, rainwear; lunch will be taken in a Gasthaus
