Description: As there will be no 29th February until 2024, we should celebrate that day with a Hike and Heuriger. We shall walk through the historic town of Mödling and through Vorderbrühl to Husarentempel (Picknick!) – Kleines Matterhorn – Richardhof – Gumpoldskirchen. In Gumpoldskirchen we shall visit a nice Heuriger.
IN CASE THE WEATHER IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PICKNICK WE SHALL LEAVE LATER, SHORTEN THE HIKE AND STILL GO TO THE HEURIGER!!! IF THIS IS THE CASE CHRISTINE WILL SEND A MAIL TO ALL THOSE REGISTERED BY FRIDAY 28th NOON
Route: Mödling – Vorderbrühl – Husarentempel – Richardshof – Gumpoldskirchen.

Meet: At 11:20 a.m. Mödling train station; train from Praterstern (R3219) at10:48, from Hauptbahnhof at 10:59, from Meidling at 11:07.
Return: At around 6 p.m.
Cost: Ca. EUR 5 for train, plus Heuriger
Registration: By 27 February to Hike Leader
Note: Clothing according to the weather, hiking boots or comfortable sport shoes, drink, snacks for picknick.
