Description:
The Martini Hike is a long-standing custom of the Hiking Club. St. Martin (Saint’s Day 11 November) is the patron saint of Burgenland. The gastronomy there invites us to the traditional “Martinigansl-Essen” from end of October till around 20 November.
Furthermore we will discover the exquisite wines of the local region.
Route: Breitenbrunn (136 m) – Hoadl (311m) – Goldberg – Thenauriegel – Purbach am Neusiedler See (128 m).

Meet: 10:00 am Wien Hauptbahnhof / U1 Suedtiroler Platz – you need 10 minutes to OeBB traveling center: Einfach-Raus-Ticket, please group by 5 and buy it together. REX train for Wulkaprodersdorf dep at 10:32 to Breitenbrunn arr. 11:23
Return: 7 pm Wien Hauptbahnhof as the latest.
Cost: About EUR 10, -, train fare.
