Description: “Haute Route” across the dominating ridge of the thermal line between the small historic towns of Mödling and Baden. Highlights: walking along vivid pine- and beech woods, lunch at the Anningerhaus hut, observations towers on Anninger and Pfaffstättner Kogel, finally nice cake shops or wine taverns in the spa town of Baden.
Route: Mödling (215) – Goldene Stiege – Breite Föhre – Kaisergerndl – Anningerhaus (625) – Anninger summit (675 m), Wilhelmswarte – Drei Eichen – Pfaffstättner Kogel (541) – Einöde – Kurpark spa garden – Baden (225)
