Saturday 9 December 2017: Wienerwald hike with Christmas Market
Description: We hike in the hills surrounding Vienna and end at Schloss Wilheminenberg to visit their romantic Christmas market with a great view over the city of Vienna. Possibility to drink punsch and eat at one of the small kiosks. If the weather does not warm up sufficiently it can be rather icy, so please come with hiking poles and little ice crampons.
Route: Hutteldorf(U4) – Draschepark – Steinhof – Jubilaeumswarte – Kreuzeichenwiese – Dornbach – Eselstiege – Wilheminenberg – Ottakring (u3).

Meet: 9:30 a.m. at U4 Hutteldorf exit Kesselergasse.
Return: Approx. 3 p.m. to U3 Ottakring
Cost: Public transport
Registration: by Dec. 8th
Note: Dress according to weather forecast and bring drinks and snacks. Please come prepared to hike on icy, slippery trails.
