Wednesday Evening 17 July: The Prater: Education, Architecture and Hiking
*Description: We start by walking thru the Vienna Economic University designed by 5 renowned architects. Next we walk through an area of modern Vienna architecture and then our hike in the Prater park begins from north to south including a stop at the Buddhist Temple on the Danube. We will stop at one of the restaurants in the Prater at the end of our hike.*
Route: U2 Prater Messe and along parts of Stadt Wanderweg #9 as we make our way to the southern end of the park.

Meet: 5:15 p.m. at U2 Prater MESSE. Come up the exit marked “MESSE” and we meet there at street level.
Return: By bus 77A which leaves every 30 minutes (08 & 38). The 77A bus will take you to the U2 or the U3.
Cost: Public transport tickets
Registration: By 16 July.
